This is a charming, light and beautifully presented house that sits within enclosed grounds in the countryside between Es Castell and Sant Lluís. Its location is enviable since both towns are equidistant and within easy reach. Whilst Es Castell's pretty thumb shaped cove of Cales Fonts and its waterfront bars and eateries are just over 2km away in one direction, a short drive of the same duration in the other reveals the trim, brightly whitewashed terraced houses and restaurants of Sant Lluís.

Recently converted, the property offers accommodation that is cheerful and attractive. In the open plan living room, comfortable furniture sits atop a floor of terracotta tiles and a breakfast bar divides the well equipped kitchen from the sitting/dining area.
