From the fine sandy beaches that fringe the coastline north of Conil de la Frontera, we followed a country lane through a pretty wooded area of pine and eucalyptus and arrived at the gates of this charming and beautifully presented home.
Of open plan design, the attractive living accommodation sits beneath a lofty, wood beamed ceiling that is set off against crisp white walls that are attractively adorned with colourful and carefully chosen prints. From here a handsome open tread staircase leads the way to the upper floor where two of the three bedrooms display beautifully coordinated furniture of chunky wood, with high sloping ceilings adding character.
Step out of the main door of the house and the terracotta tiled covered terrace that flanks the front of the house forms a natural extension to the smart living area, whilst at the same time providing an ideal vantage point from which to survey activities in the garden beyond.
With the golden sands of the Costa de la Luz so close to hand, trips to the many coves and beaches that stretch either side of the charming seaside town of Conil de la Frontera are an appealing option. This coast can be reached by way of a ten minute drive along country lanes, whilst for some local shops and restaurants, the village of El Colorado is just over a kilometre away.
