Recently built and designed by a renowned local architect, the villa has a magnificent location, which allows it to take full advantage of its position overlooking the island of Coin de Mire. The villa sits in a large well-stocked garden of colourful flowers and shrubs, which runs right down to the beach.
Comfortably furnished and decorated throughout in pastel colours, complemented by an extensive use of wood, the villa is built on two levels in a contemporary Mauritian style.

The main deck area leads through French doors to a combined dining and informal sitting area, which in turn leads to the lounge and the well-equipped kitchen.
The lounge is well furnished with comfortable sofas.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom
and French doors which open on to a charming lawned courtyard.
An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and another twin-bedded double room with an en-suite bath room with shower.
