Can Lamara is a charming and elegant finca outside Santa Maria – approx. 20 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and the Airport. The property was completely refurbished during 2009 and 2010 to the very highest standards keeping the old Majorquian style and atmosphere.

The villa is located on top of a hill offering stunning views of villages, the Tramuntana Mountains and a beautiful hilly landscape. Usually there is a slight breeze around the house due to the elevated location of the property, which is quite comfortable during the summer heat. The finca is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large flat lawn and several terraces of bushes, olive- and fruit trees. The property around the garden consists of a cultivated almond grove of 21.000 square meters, offering complete privacy and beautiful views. Further, there is a large and deep salt water pool (12,5 x 5 m long) with diving board at the end. The pool house has a fully equipped outside kitchen, a barbeque area and a dining table for 10 people. There is also a separate BOSE music system for the pool area which offers comfortable sun loungers and an outside shower as well as a ping pong table. Can Lamara consists of four double bedrooms, all with good sized en suite bathrooms, a large living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, library/TV room/office, separate guest toilet and hall/hallways. The house is comfortably furnished with a combination of classic furniture and Scandinavian and French antiques offering an informal and relaxing atmosphere.



Ground Floor - large master bedroom with double bed with direct access to terrace.
First Floor - In addition there are 3 good sized bedrooms with double beds, and one of these with large private terrace.
All bedrooms on Ground and First Floor with air-conditioning.
Lower Ground Floor - 1 bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room.

5 en-suite bathrooms, 3 of these with bath, shower and WC.
2 bedroom with separate en-suite shower and WC.

Fully equipped kitchen with stone work tops and built in units such as a Range oven. There is also a dining area in the kitchen seating 10 people comfortably.

Utility room:
Complete utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, iron/ironing board.

Living room:
Living room with large open fireplace and comfortable classical furniture. French doors on two sides lead to the front and back terraces. BOSE music system.

Library/office/TV room:
1 large day bed, antique office desk with armchair, Norwegian and English literature, 60 inches flat screen TV, DVD and Ipod docking station, BOSE music system. Air-conditioning.

Outside lounge:
Comfortably furnished lounge as well as a covered dining area, both seating 10-12 people. BOSE music system.

12,5x5m long salt water pool with diving board. Sun loungers and tables around the pool.

Pool house:
Outside kitchen, barbeque and another covered dining area (seating 10 people). Fridge and freezer, hot and cold water also in pool house. Table tennis. Separate BOSE music system.

There are several drops on the ground and an unprotected part of the indoor staircase and terrace. Please enquire in advance if children under 8 years are part of group.
