This house is a beautiful, stylish property set in 12 acres of garden and is nestled amidst 1000 acres of Duchy of Cornwall land, with far reaching views to the Black mountains - you can walk for hours straight from the back door without ever seeing a road! A short walk through the garden takes you to the working small holding, the ancient little church and the ‘Wain House’, a lovely open fronted barn providing a fantastic venue for late evening barbeques or early evening drinks!
There are 10 wonderful en-suite bedrooms (8 in the main house and a further 2 in the stunningly converted barn), all with decadently deep baths and thoughtful furnishings. There is an impressive master suite, billiard room, wine tasting cellar, and studio, as well as a large kitchen with 4 oven Aga and fireplace which is adjoined by a fully equipped chef’s kitchen.

The Cottage Barn

Cottage Barn Studio

The Wain House
