The small mountain town of Soller is charming and unspoilt, dominated by a lovely 16th Century church and alive with open squares, outdoor cafés and restaurants.
Soller is the largest village on this west coast of Mallorca, and only a short drive from the picturesque village of Deia, well worth a visit with its romantic and bohemian past, Deia was once home to a host of actors and writers during the 20th Century, including Robert Graves, Kingsley Amis and Ava Gardner.
This Villa is a stone-built, two-storey Finca-style building with green wooden shutters. Inside it is comfortably furnished with stone tiled floors and high-beamed ceilings. All of the ground floor rooms open onto a very pretty terrace, shaded by a pergola and furnished for alfresco dining or drinks.
Beyond this is a large lawned garden with trees, hammocks, badminton net and an 8m x 8m swimming pool, surrounded by a stone sun terrace. The rest of the vast grounds are planted with orange trees, allowing the guests to enjoy freshly pressed juice every morning.
