Villa located on the south bank of the Sado Estuary Reserve, Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and 12 km from the beaches of Comporta. It is part of a tourist village, a homestead of more than 1000ha, with a reservoir of 3ha, an equestrian center with indoor arena, a sports center, a spot of bird watching on a Paleolithic dune and a restaurant.
Situated in one of the largest wetlands in the country, one of the best places for bird watching at any time of year, more than 80 species in a day, which features the Red Heron, the Black Necked Loon, the Stork, the Sapeira Eagle, the Little Tern, Flamingo and Long-Leg, is surrounded by a unique flora, vegetation, dune fixation, which features several species, some rare and protected as the Camarinheira the Santolinha, the Gorse, Rosemary and Holly.
With a unique view on the green tops of the pines, the blue of the Sado's estuary, and further up, the mountains of Arrábida, Setúbal and Palmela.
Integrated in a rural space with a private area of one hectare, with five double bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, games room, lounge with fireplace, reading room, BBQ and air conditioning in all areas. It has a large garden of 2000m2 lawn, swimming pool, surrounded by hydrangeas, roses, camellias, magnolias and jasmine, a pine forest of over one hundred pine trees, a field with thyme, rosemary, lavender and wild asparagus, an orange grove, figs, almonds, apples etc.., a vineyard, an olive grove and a vegetable garden. This agricultural activity is performed in organic production.
