This villa has been redesigned and renovated by a well-known French architect, combining oriental and contemporary design to provide a stylish and comfortable retreat. There are three elegant en suite bedrooms on the ground floor and, on the first floor, a magnificent open-plan living-room, kitchen and dining area, overlooking the interior courtyard, with its unusual waterfall fountain and beautiful wooden doors. The house is a showcase of a tasteful traditional Moroccan handicrafts and materials, including exquisite zelliges mosaics from Fès, highly-polished tadelakt walls in colourful hues and intricately hand-painted zouak doors You can relax on the sofas in the lounge or on the terrace after a day in the souk or the Hamman, and enjoy the home comforts of satellite TV, DVD and music centre. The vast area is fully air-conditioned and there are two magnificent Moroccan-style fireplaces. The dining area fireplace has been specially designed for barbecues should you wish to dine at home.
However, the real heart of the house is the peaceful roof terrace, with its shaded eating area, sun loungers and potted olive trees. This is a magical place to relax and have a drink whilst admiring the stunning views of the distant Atlas Mountains.
