Being in such rare proximity to the bustle, excitement and comprehensive amenities of Albufeira itself means that anyone wishing to have the option of town and beach conveniently close at hand but, at the same time, unobtrusive are sure to find this magnificent villa an ideal base.

An al fresco dining area complete with in built barbecue and a manicured garden with lawn extend to the side and rear of the house providing some welcome shade at the hottest times of the day. Dotted around the grounds a number of mature trees create a certain sense of privacy but it should be noted that Mimosa’s outstanding position on the edge of this ever popular town precludes the possibility of total seclusion.
Both Albufeira beach and marina are within 1km walking distance. Just downhill, several shops, terrace cafés and restaurants form part of the ongoing development along the waterfront while, on the other side of the headland, the town itself offers a famously lively nightlife together with a full selection of shops, cafés and restaurants appealing to a broad range of tastes and budgets. Praia da Oura’s renowned stretch of golden sand is only 7.5km and there are many other gorgeous cove beaches, two family-themed water parks and five world class golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
