This villa is in a rural village in the North of Majorca, full of history and rural character. The area developed as a successful farming community due to the fertility of the land. The main town square is to be found in the heart of the old quarter and there you can find a number of shops, local bars and restaurants. There is also a one of the largest toy museums in Europe with more than 3,000 antique toys on display.
Villa Gomila is a restored farm house converted into a comfortable holiday home, and is situated in open fields just 2 Km. from the village of Sa Pobla, 8 Km. from Alcudia and 12 Km. from Pollensa. There is a lovely garden area, and a large swimming pool and terraces which are ideal for outdoor living. The main accommodation is spacious and comfortable and situated on the upper level. It is reached via a wide stone stair case from the terrace. Double doors give access to the dining room area which has interesting carvings and prints on the walls, and is separated from the open plan kitchen by a breakfast bar. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a large conservatory lounge with large windows, which make the most of the magnificent views over the local countryside, and this room has basic satellite TV and a DVD player. There are three comfortably furnished bedrooms, one double and two twin, sharing a full bathroom.
Outside, there is a covered dining area and also table and chairs on a sun terrace with incredible views of the countryside, so you can choose whether to spend your time in the sun or the shade. There is also an exterior shower room.
