High in the Pollensa hills and situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, this is a rustic farmhouse which is reached via a winding single track lane. It has glorious views towards Cala San Vicente, Puig Maria, Pollensa and the bay of Alcudia, and the distant mountain ranges give a totally tranquil feel. The villa is comfortably furnished throughout in Majorcan rustic style with many interesting features and local artefacts on display.
The villa has an arched covered terrace with a distinctive polished stone dining table situated overlooking the kidney-shaped swimming pool and sun terraces. These terraces are comfortably furnished with tables, chairs, umbrella and sunbeds, inviting you to come and relax. As an additional safety feature, the swimming pool can be closed off, thereby avoiding potential danger to children. There is a brick built BBQ sited next to an original bread oven near the covered terrace, just imagine the relaxed lunches and candlelit dinners you can enjoy with all these facilities.
As you enter the villa, you come into a spacious hall with an inner archway leading into the living & dining room. This large room has stone walls, feature fireplace and Satellite TV.
The pine fitted kitchen has a microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, twin sink unit and walk-in pantry. There is a door from the kitchen giving access to the poolside terraces, very convenient for outdoor dining.
One double bedroom is reached via a door from the living room, and this room has an adjacent bath/shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where the rest of the sleeping accommodation is situated. This comprises two double bedrooms and two pretty twin bedrooms which all share a shower room. There is also a terrace which has spectacular views and is an ideal place for relaxing.
Outside, a little casita houses the washing machine.
