Webburn: The original master bedroom, the Webburn exudes old world charm. Ancient wooden beams and beautiful furniture make this room a delightful experience. It boasts a private dressing room with a theatrical dressing table by local craftsman Richard Code and a large and well equipped en suite bathroom
Dart: The Dart boasts the finest views, sweeping across the croquet lawn to the open moor beyond.
Erme: The Erme offers privacy, peace and a fine view over the front garden and cobbled courtyard. Set in its own wing of the Manor, it occupies two floors, an upstairs bedroom over an en suite bathroom.
Tavy: The Tavy is the most accessible room on the ground floor in the oldest part of the house. It benefits from an attached children's room featuring bunk beds, leading to a private conservatory with its own access to the gardens.
Yealm: Yealm is light, elegant and airy, with a large window overlooking the courtyard to the front of the house, and beautiful painted furniture. The comfortable king sized bed can be converted into twin beds (small singles) which would suit families with children or single adults sharing, but when linked together is equally appealing to a couple.
Teign: The Teign is the largest bedroom, spacious and graceful. With a beautiful 6' hand carved linenfold bed in limed oak by Nicholas Berry, a generous living area and spacious family sized bathroom featuring a walk in shower as well as a generous bath, it offers space and convenience in equal measure. For those wishing to accommodate an additional family members, the sofa can be converted into a single sofa bed if wished.
•The Grounds: In the grounds at Sweeton Manor there is a large indoor swimming pool with spa bath and steam room, a games room, a wine cellar and a business centre.
