This impressive villa is located in an elevated position with spectacular views over the Algarve coast and the Atlantic Ocean.
The charming town of Loulé is just a few minutes drive away, and offers a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Originally a Roman settlement, the remains of a ruined castle can still be seen in the old quarter, and an indoor market is held 6 days a week, where delicious fish, fruit and vegetables can be purchased. Almancil is 15 minutes away, as are the beaches and golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Neighbouring Vilamoura is at the heart of the golfing country, with some of the world’s best golf courses, along with beaches offering all kinds of water sports.

The stunning views of the Algarve can be enjoyed from the large, beautifully landscaped gardens, and terraces. A lower terrace has a heated swimming pool, and outdoor dining area with barbecue, while the ground floor terrace outside the living and dining rooms is also furnished for dining or relaxing outdoors. Within the garden, there is also a pond and waterfall.

The entrance hall leads to a spacious living room, with large double doors facing south, and opening to the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The living room is equipped with wide-screen TV and DVD machine. The dining room also opens to the terrace, with outdoor dining area.

A games room and one bedroom are on a lower level, and there are two bedrooms each on the ground floor and the first floor of the property. The bedrooms at all levels open to terraces, and the twin bedrooms can be made up as double beds on request. Further amenities include air conditioning, central heating and fast internet access.

This property can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights, except during high season (Christmas and Easter) when it must be rented for a minimum of 5 nights.


Ground Floor
Entrance hall, leading to large living room and open plan dining room, both opening to terrace, overlooking the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen, including electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. Guest WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Double bedroom with king-size bed, opening to main terrace, and with en-suite bathroom (twin basins, shower, WC and bidet). Twin bedroom, also opening to main terrace, and with en-suite bathroom (bath with handheld shower, basin, WC and bidet).

First Floor
Double bedroom with king-size bed, separate sitting area and wall mounted TV. This bedroom has a separate dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, twin basins, shower and WC. Twin bedroom, with doors to upper terrace, and with en-suite bathroom (bath with handheld shower, basin and WC). The bedrooms at this level open to a terrace, and there is another staircase from here to an upper sun terrace.

Lower Ground Floor
Games room, with sitting area, exercise bike, table football, table tennis and computer/internet station. There is also a kitchenette in this room which services the pool area and includes a small dishwasher, drinks' fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven. Double doors open to the terrace, swimming pool and barbecue area. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with basin and WC.
