This villa is situated overlooking open fields in the 'La Font' area, close to the old town of Pollensa. The port of Pollensa with its selection of shops and restaurants and sandy beach, is within a 10 minute drive.

Set in a field of ancient fig trees, the villa is reached via a quiet, country lane upto the gated entrance and parking area.
Living and dining
A traditional vine covered porch leads into the open plan living/dining which has a feature stone wall is most attractively furnished and has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and log burning stove for early and late season stays.
The well fitted kitchen comes complete with dishwasher and microwave and there is comfortable dining for four persons.
On the ground floor level is a large pretty air-conditioned twin bedded room with a beautifully tiled bathroom adjacent. Stairs lead up from the open plan living area to the second double bedded room, which has shower room en-suite.
There is a little path which leads you past the original outhouse where there is now a laundry with washing machine and an outside cloakroom with WC, to the lovely barbeque kitchen area, which overlooks the pool. Here the 8 metre swimming pool has Roman steps into a shallow end for children and the terraces are well furnished for sitting and relaxing or dining al-fresco in this lovely setting.
