This apartment offers a spacious, quiet retreat, just a block away from rue Cler, one of Paris's most celebrated open-air food markets, and the Champ de Mars park, home to the Eiffel Tower.

Although the Breteuil open air market on the avenue de Saxe, with its amazing view of the Eiffel Tower, and also close to the apartment, is probably best suited for fresh produce shopping (open Thursdays and Saturdays until 1pm), the market on rue Cler (open daily, except Monday), a cobbled pedestrian street lined with its chic shops and cafés, is definitely the more animated one.

Other important landmarks, including The French National Assembly, École Militaire and the Invalides, are all within short walking distance from this apartment. Also, within a short walk, you will find the Quai de Branly, Quai d'Orsay and Rodin museums.

The apartment, an elegant, renovated, artist's atelier, is situated on the top (6th) floor (with lift access) of one of Paris' most beautiful Art Nouveau buildings, its facade of engraved lilies protected by the city of Paris and the Monuments de Paris. Its polished wood floors, six metre high ceilings, glassed-in roof, and plant-filled terrace overlooking the chimney tops of Paris, makes it the perfect romantic base for exploring Paris. Windows in all the rooms, along with the apartment’s "verrière" (skylight) ensure that the apartment is wonderfully light-filled, with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night. The terrace is furnished with a small table and two chairs.
