This villa sits in a great location with views over the pretty town of Soller, on the north west coast of Mallorca.

The town is approximately 15 minutes walk away and, with its backdrop of mountains and magnificent scenery, this is a popular area for hiking and cycling. Soller itself offers a gopd selection of shops, cafés and restaurants and its main square, Placa Constitucio, with its trees and fountains is an attractive place to sit and relax and watch the world go by. Another attraction here is the small train to and from Palma, popular with tourists during the summer months. The Port de Soller, approximately 3 kms away, can be accessed by tram and has a small harbour and beaches, cafés and restaurants.

The area is also known for its lemon and orange groves, a beautiful sight in spring time when all the blossom is out. Casa Naranja is on several levels, and without a large garden, so is therefore more suitable for adult groups or families with older children. The swimming pool (12 x 6m) is on the upper level, and the area is gated. There is a fabulous summer kitchen at this level , fully equipped with electric grill, large oven, barbecue, gas hob, fridge/freezer, ice machine and dishwasher, as well as a dining table seating up to 14 people. On a slightly higher level than this is a petanque court and various fruit trees, including fig and lemon trees. Another set of stairs leads up to a furnished covered pergola, with amazing views over Soller and the sea in the distance, ideal for relaxing with an evening drink. There is a further seating area outside the entrance to the house which gets the morning sun, also with views over Soller.

The interiors are beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and very well equipped with satellite flat screen TV (English channels), CD player, wi-fi internet access, central heating and air conditioning. There is a separate utility room outside the house with washing machine. There are five bedrooms in total, one of which is independent to the main house. Out of season, the property can be rented with just four bedrooms.
There is parking for two cars.


Main Level

Entrance hall. Compact, but well equipped kitchen. Dining room on a lower level, with a glass window overlooking the wine cellar. Open-plan living room. 3 steps up from the living room is a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Upper Level

Double bedroom with king-size bed, great views over Soller, and an en-suite shower room. Office area. Double bedroom with 4-poster bed and en-suite shower room. This bedroom opens a terrace and the swimming pool area. Master bedroom with 4-poster bed, stereo system, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors also open from here to a terrace and the pool area.
