Description

The very essence of waterfront living in Auckland, City of Sails, this luxurious apartment is situated on the revitalised Prince's Wharf overlooking Auckland harbour and the Viaduct Basin.

Originally a rundown part of the waterfront where fishing boats were docked, the Viaduct Basin was completely renovated in 2002 to become the home to the America’s Cup Village. It is now a lively centre with a great atmosphere, with luxury apartments, trendy restaurants, bars and shopping.
The Maritime Museum is here, and there are often free concerts here in the summer.

The apartment is also steps away from the historic ferry building for harbour cruises and day trips to outlying islands including Waiheke for boutique wineries and artists, Rangitoto, an iconic island volcano, and Tiritiri Matangi bird sanctuary.

The business heart of Downtown Auckland, with further shops and restaurants, is also just moments away. This is a fabulous base from which to enjoy Auckland, with fantastic views over the sea and the city, and with 200 square metres of outdoor living space.

The spacious terrace is furnished with sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the views, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, and there is also a private spa pool. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard and feature a selection of New Zealand contemporary art and sculpture.

Amenities include underfloor heating, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. There is a telephone, fax and laptop computer with wireless internet access.
